Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders for original artwork are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier services.
For Digital products orders (like on-demand classes) buyers will receive an email with links and password information within 24hrs of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Several products offer free shipping when shipped within the Continental USA or Canada. For all other products shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We strive to use the most economical, yet reliable carrier for your order. Depending on the product and destination, we may use Canada Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx or any other carrier that will get the job done efficiently. Where possible we stive to provide a tracking number once your order has shipped, however tracking is not available for smaller items like stickers or postcards.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We encourage you to research import and duty charges for shipments from the Canada before placing your order.Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Address
Incorrect Address: If a package is lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer at checkout, Michael deMeng is not responsible for losses or additional shipping costs incurred to re-send the package. Please verify your address carefully before completing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Michael deMeng is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Online Courses & Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, all self-paced online courses are considered final sale and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified below.
For courses that offer a money-back guarantee, students must demonstrate full participation by submitting completed assignments before requesting a refund.
If a refund request is approved, payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Refunds must be requested within the stated refund period for each course, and no exceptions will be made after the deadline.
Physical Products (Art Prints/Giclées, Apparel & Accessories)
Open Edition Art Prints & Giclées
We accept returns on unused and undamaged open edition art prints and giclées within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the artwork at their own expense. Returned artwork must be received in its original condition to qualify for a refund. Ensure you contact us before initiating your return so that you will be provided with the correct return address.
Apparel & Accessories
All apparel and fabric accessories are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless the item arrives faulty or the incorrect item has been sent. Please check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
Original Art, Commissions & Limited Edition Prints
We do not accept returns for original art, commissions or limited edition prints.
Return Process

If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued.

If an original artwork or made-to-order product arrives damaged, the buyer must submit a damage claim within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged package and item.

As an independent artist, I don’t have the same ability to absorb costs as a large company, but that doesn’t mean your experience isn’t my top priority.
